Our inspectors retain us monthly to provide on-going services for a set amount each month. Our average retainer runs $1,500.0 per month, but we do have clients closer to $595 per month while others are over $3,000 each month.
Each client has different monthly deliverable based on their overall marketing strategy. Our retainers include specific deliverables each month, which can include:
- Writing and publishing inspection related blog posts each month
- Creating content like case studies, newsletters and video
- Social media management, SEO, website updates, etc.
- Distribution and management of local directories
- Monthly reporting and client meetings
